The challenge
Limchester Properties required £750,000 to invest in a new buy-to-let opportunity while maintaining their existing property portfolio.

The solution
Specialist lending packager, Time Finance, approached their panel of lenders on the broker’s and client’s behalf. Their long-standing relationships with key lending institutions meant they could bring this business plan to life by swiftly sourcing the best deal and at a competitive rate.
The result
Despite tight time constraints and complicated nature of the deal, the £2.35m contract was completed with ease and the client was able to secure the new property whilst remaining on an interest-only mortgage.
