Your share certificate provides details of how many shares you have bought in the Company. This may be a hard, physical copy or it could be electronic. In which case details may be held on your account’s section of your bank, building society, stockbroker or “share shop” website.

If you have lost your share certificate, you should contact the Company’s Registrar, Neville Registrars Limited, as quickly as possible. The Registrar keeps a record of shareholders names and addresses, and the number of shares they own. This is usually done through a stockbroker, bank, building society or “share shop”. They all offer a similar service although the commissions they charge will vary.

As a quoted company, Time Finance plc, is required to provide its shareholders with frequent financial information. Currently it produces quarterly trading updated, interim results reflecting the first half of the Company’s reporting year and, at the end of the full year, full audited financial statements will be produced. The date of the Company’s AGM and a Notice of the AGM will be notified to shareholders ahead of the event and, as soon as known, detailed in the financial calendar which can be found here: Financials, Calendar, Presentations and Research – Time Finance

Following the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020 the Board decided to suspend the Company’s dividend until further notice. The stance remains in place and the Board currently view the stock as a growth rather than dividend stock. As such, currently, there is no date when dividends will be paid.
