Ed has worked within commercial finance for over 20 years and was previously Time Finance’s Chief Operating Officer until April 2020, having joined the Group in 2017 as Managing Director of their newly established Commercial Finance Division.

Qualified in accountancy, James has held leadership positions with several AIM listed companies. He has significant experience in mergers and acquisitions within fast-paced, growing businesses.

Phil has over 30 years of experience in Invoice Finance with a proven track record in client management and new business. He was a co-founder of Positive Cashflow Finance, which was acquired by Time Finance in 2017.

With an Asset Finance background spanning 30 years, Lorraine has built a robust reputation within risk management. She managed and led teams within Bank of Scotland, Lloyds Bank and Bibby Leasing.

With over 16 years experience in the commercial finance sector, Steve has built a credible reputation within the industry for delivering Asset Finance solutions to support growth ambitions.

Having worked in the industry for over two decades, Sharon has built a credible reputation across multiple funding sectors from Loans and Invoice Finance, where she gained a strong skill set in delivering secured lending facilities to UK SMEs.

Caroline brings over 20 years of experience in business finance, having held senior marketing roles for a number of funders including Aldermore and Catalyst Business Finance. With a background in B2B lending, including invoice finance, asset finance, business loans and asset-based lending.

Helen – a well-known industry figure – brings over 25 years’ experience to the role and will assume responsibility for overseeing operations and helping the team to continue to deliver a market-leading Invoice Finance service to UK business owners.

Greg has over 30 years of experience in the industry, he is responsible for overseeing and implementing the groups risk strategy - managing the risk team day-to-day as well as finetuning the company’s approach to identifying, assessing, and mitigating financial risks

With over 20 years’ experience in both the Invoice and Asset Finance industry, most recently holding the role of Head of Change Delivery and Data at Skipton Business Finance. Prior to this, she worked for Ultimate Finance as Senior Project Lead, and for Aldermore as National CRM and Data Manager.

Andy has been working in the Invoice Finance sector for over 16 years, successfully delivering funding solutions to UK businesses to support their business growth.

Terry has a wealth of sales experience in the invoice finance market, he is responsible for developing and growing the business’ invoice finance position and brand across London and the South East.

Matthew has over 18 year's experience, having spent his career supporting SME’s across a range of industries with supportive asset finance solutions. As Head of Vendor Sales, Matthew is responsible for growing Time Finance’s vendor channel through supplier partnerships.

With a proven track record behind her, Laura takes on responsibility for helping to drive Time Finance’s Asset Finance proposition to the SME broker market, managing the firm’s national team of Broker Managers to deliver a market-leading service.

Mark has spent two decades in the vehicle finance industry and is now responsible for our Fleet Management team.

Julian ensures we stay compliant with industry regulations and standards, supporting teams with compliance related queries.

Mike has been working in the invoice finance industry for over 30 years and has a wealth of knowledge and expertise. He plays a pivotal role in providing SMEs across the South West and Wales with tailored Invoice Finance solutions whilst strengthening relationships with intermediaries.

Laura is responsible for attracting and retaining talent, fostering an inclusive workplace culture, and empowering managers to help their teams thrive.
